Introduction of four-axis VMC850 VMC machining center
1 ,The four-axis vertical machining center uses rolling guide rails and a large-span design to maintain long-term accuracy. X, Y, Z axis servo motors are directly connected to high-precision ball screws through a gapless elastic coupling, reducing intermediate links and achieving gapless transmission
2 ,The solenoid valve set used by the VMC850 VMC machining center is controlled by a PLC program. The spindle release tool, spindle center blowing, spindle clamp tool, spindle air cooling and other actions can be completed quickly and accurately.
3 ,The cooling system of the four-axis vertical machining center adopts a large-flow vertical submersible cooling pump and a large-capacity water tank, which can fully ensure circulating cooling.
